I am Monica Dominic, a dedicated business leader and advocate for women in technology. Serving as the co-owner and Chief Client Officer of a technology staff augmentation company (PSI), I am deeply passionate about empowering clients to excel in their businesses, championing women in the tech industry, and motivating individuals to achieve their goals.

Embracing life to the fullest is my philosophy. Sharing adventures with my husband, Mike, fuels our joy as we explore new destinations and create lasting memories together. Beyond my passion for travel, I immerse myself in the world of competitive ballroom dancing, competing in Latin styles alongside my dance partner at various locations nationwide. For me, the world is a magnificent adventure waiting to be experienced and savored. Glitter, in all its shimmering brilliance, is my favorite color, reflecting my love for everything that sparkles and dazzles.

My strengths lie in my ability to collaborate with people and foster impactful relationships. I possess a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Communication, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, and have also served as an adjunct professor of marketing.
